If the product is purchased within
30 days of the original purchase/ship date, please contact Fry’s /
Outpost.com.
A Return Material
Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and
is required for all defective returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15
days of the issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA#s are
non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer.
Airlink+
reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the
customer.
The following information must be provided to request a RMA number.
- Airlink+
item number, serial number, and a detailed description of the defect.
- A
proof of purchase with matching serial number
All
returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code
intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included.
